The interview with the director was over an hour. She talked about the job and asked about my past experience. I found the interview to be long as this person just liked the hear herself talk and use big words to over complicated things dissucsed.

First connection was through a staffing agency. I had one 2 hour interview with the position's direct supervisor. She allowed me to give a narrative of my previous experience, we discussed some business principles and processes. (They are very process oriented) Then gossiped about the previous person in the position.
