Somewhat unorganized, it started late and was very brief, most import questions had to do with availability and any retail expirence nothing about make up what so ever. I was also hired on the spot. Come in all black and a full face of makeup

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
