In-person interview - spoke with store manager about client service experience and knowledge about cosmetic products. She asked what I had done to meet clients' expectations in my previous jobs. She also asked what my favorite brands were and what I would recommend to customers in certain scenarios.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
