I was first contacted by the recruiter for a 10 minute phone interview. A week later I interviewed with Director of LP. Very Professional. Very informative. He asked routine questions. My advice, know the company, know the business- do your homework. This lasted about an hour. Then I met with the Regional Manager. She only asked a few questions, mostly just talked about Ulta and the job. Very nice, but felt like she didn't get a chance to know me since she did all the talking.

Put through 3 interviews. First was 30min second was 45min and final interview consisted of a little over 3 hours panel interview involving 4 different people. A complete waste of time as they ghosted me afterwards. You would think making a candidate go through that in 1 week they could atleast inform you had not been selected. Unlike Sephora who gives young people a chance it’s clear Ulta prefers people from certain companies and on the older side.
