Easy Process, Got a call one week by the next I was coming in for a second interview. Never met the store manager until paperwork process. They ask you a few normal questions, show you around the store to meet other team members

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
