      Pretty standard process with a friendly, responsive recruiter and team: - Phone call with recruiter - Phone call with hiring manager - Was told there'd be a test, but they decided to forego that and went straight to video interviews (45 minutes with 4 team members, I took a half day off work) - Got an automated rejection email 3 weeks after final interviews, about a week and a half later than they said they'd make a final decision Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but if I had any feedback, it would be: - I didn't get to reconnect with the hiring manager after a phone call early in the process and I felt like it was a bit detrimental. I hadn't spoken to her in 5+ weeks when the final decision was made, and I would have been able to have a much more robust follow-up convo after chatting with other members of the team and having a better understanding of the role's true responsibilities and scope. And it wasn't a video call, so I didn't even get to "meet" her. - After making it to the final round, I knew there were at least 2 other candidates. I was disappointed to get a robotic response from their system and could have really benefitted from more nuanced feedback. I understand that companies that big are often busy, but at that point I had talked to 6 different people, and had invested 6 weeks of time pursuing the opportunity. I was, of course, disappointed to be passed up after what I felt like were great interviews - but a call or more personalized note about the decision would have felt a little more courteous.
