The interview is very relaxed and casual. I had my interview with one additional person so in some ways that was nice as I wasn't exactly alone. I was offered an interview after calling them to get the name of the hiring manager; she was the one who had picked up and gave me an interview for later that same week. Although I didn't get the job, I think overall it's a good opportunity for any high school student who has yet to gain an work experience due to the casual environment of the place.
