The interview was very quick and what they are really looking for is how well u are with customer service. It helps to have some customer service or retail experience but it’s not required. They ask about how well you do in a fast pace environment as well as how well u do working with a team. It helps to have some background knowledge of makeup or skincare.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
