It was me and one other girl. We were taken to the back of the store during business hours and asked a few simple questions. We were told that we weren't going to "play in makeup all day" and that we were strictly only going to help the customers.

Interview process is pretty simple I got a call for on side interview with the store manager, all questions were about my work experience, why I was interested to work for Ulta and questions about my personality.
