Online application, and then get invited to a panel interview at their location. It was the shortest interview i have ever had. Perhaps they must had decided on other candidate. It lasted only 15 minutes. Not stressful at all. Not much information was given on the job. No interest was shown. The panel was hurried to close the interview as soon as possible.

Application followed by online interview with three members of staff, lasted approximately. 45 minutes with questions in relation to the research topic and personal experience with it. Was not overly technical or difficult, just a casual conversation mostly to gauge experience with the topic.
