There was no actual interview. They simply called me, and offered the job. No writing sample was requested or required to be submitted. They also do not require you to sign a non-competition clause, which, in the marketing world, is incredibly odd... but does make the company appealing.

I spoke over the phone with two members of the team. I had previously been asked to submit writing samples and a resume. They asked me several questions and eventually made me an offer on the spot.
