Interviews are behavioral in nature and not difficult. This is a privately owned conservative company that I would describe as a cross between Hee Haw and the Stepford Wives. Women wear skirts and stockings even in outside sales. The title of sales is misleading. The field salesforce visits a large book of active accounts once a year to try and sell additional products. They are there to supplement the company catalog. For the most part this is a customer service role not sales.
