They consistently offer interviews without availability. The position I applied for doesn't have open positions but they advertise it as hiring. I have a friend at the company who shared with me that they have a set number of Engineers on staff. They had filled all positions and were offering the job still. Motives could be just incase they lost a engineer however the more unethical reasons could be keeping their employees replaceable.
