I received a call saying Uline was interested in me and wanted to set up an interview to come in and talk to a hiring manager. I set it up, they emailed me a writing test, personality assessment, and a sales test (I had a hard time with that...I am not a salesperson!). I drove an hour and a half to the interview, took a math test, then had a five minute interview with a recruiter who asked me a few things about my resume. Weird.
