Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Uline (Kenosha, WI) en ene 2018

I got a call asking me to come in for an interview, they gave me 2 different dates to choose from. I got there at the scheduled time and was ushered into another room where a large group of applicants sat at a long table and were given aptitude tests. One was matching numbers and the second was figuring out the next number in a sequence. Then I waited until my name was called to have a one-on-one interview with a manager. There were a lot of applicants and a lot of different managers performing interviews. I knew from someone who had worked there previously that if they ask you to stay after that interview, you're doing well. It looked like the people who were asked to stay moved on to a computer test. I was not asked to stay. Which is honestly ok because they have an extremely strict dress code for women (either a suit with a jacket or a skirt with nylons) and it was pretty far from where I live.

What is something negative your current manager would say about you?
Take a numbers test then you speak with HR the questions are very basic and experience doesn’t matter I worked in customer service for 19 years I was told the candidates have to fit in with the “culture” honestly I don’t believe u would have fit in with their “culture” I had too many questions about negative reviews I read online
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
