Position was management level seeking a leader to implement an enterprise-wide reporting strategy. However, that was never a point of discussion. I had read on-line the focus on required inputs - writing sample and sales questionaire. So I was intrigued and can validate what has already been fully documented. Fast response to candidates, focused and regimented process, and awkward dialogue at times on the role. I found my interviewers knew just the basics about the role.
