Applied online, received response fairly quickly. Spoke with an HR representative over the phone and she discussed the job and what was expected from the position. She discussed the availability and if I was comfortable working the hours the position called for. Was called to go and meet with HR for an interview.

What kind of management style I preferred, I didn't think this was odd but it had little to do with the position I was applying for (I think they were vetting for another position that was also available. )
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Entrevista
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
