Submitted resume online. Received call from recruiter. Did a phone interview. Went for in person interview following week. I was told I'd be called to come back to meet with department manager. I would call and email the recruiter, but he only responded occasionally. He'd tell me it was still up in the air, and I would still be brought in for an additional interview. He promised me that he would get back to me. This went on for over a month and a half! I gave up and sokn after, I was hired somewhere else! I heard from others that they do this to a lot of people. I had high hopes and was very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. They made you take like 3 exams like you’re applying to be CEO and interview with 3 different people separately. I’ve never hated an interview this much. Was no longer interested after.

Entrevista
I received a call from Uline's HR on a Wednesday to set up a Microsoft Teams interview with a Recruiter for six days later.
I was given four assessments I had to complete prior to the interview: a written exam, two personality exams, and a sales/customer service exam (heavily focused on sales though). The written exam was to test the ability to shorten a provided paragraph into a clear and concise "statement/list". The personality exams were general and quite extensive, but nothing out of the ordinary. As for the sales exam, it was oddly focused on specific sales questions and terminology though the role I interviewed for was nothing to do with sales.
My interview with the recruiter the following week went well, generally speaking. It was a basic review of my resume, past professional experiences, education, etc. The woman I spoke with was kind and made the interview more relaxed, but she didn't really seem too interested in what I was saying. She mainly focused on taking notes, which to be fair is pretty much the point of this type of interview. At the end of the interview, she said that she would pass my information on to the department and keep in touch.
Three days after the interview, I received a generic thank you for your interest, but unfortunately.... email. I'm not too disappointed as the more I looked at reviews from former and current employees I knew going in that this was not going to be the place for me.
This experience was good for practising interview skills though.

Entrevista
This interview was held on my college campus by college recruiters from Uline. There were no STAR questions, instead she asked me to walk her through the highlights of my resume and then I completed a 7-minute mini case. It was relatively easy, but required some critical thinking and creativity as well as some supply chain knowledge. Afterwards I completed 2 timed tests, one was recognizing and finishing number patterns, the other was recognizing when numbers next to each other were the same.
