Responded to resume within 1 day. Scheduled interview for following week. Group interview, 2 tests, individual interview indicating I would be a great fit. Did not get any further. Did not hear back - sent an e-mail and phone call requesting update. No response. Constant job postings. very young interviewer - seemed like she was new at it.

I interviewed for a management-in-training position. I was not told during the interview that I would be attending a job fair. The test they have you take is relatively easy, but seem pointless.

Why Uline? What experience do you have specific to the position?
It was the weirdest interview process ever, felt very cult like. Started as a group thing and then went to a giant room one on one with someone. They seemed like the kind of company to truly think of people as numbers instead of human beings.
Brought into a room to do tests then if they like you you’ll do another interview with a few more tests. Very nice and pleasent though. Facilities are nice and welcoming and the staff was very friendly
