Applied online, got called within the 24 hours to set up a phone interview. Phone interview went well, basic behavioral type questions, and got called the next day to set up a face to face interview. When I go in, they have me sit down with a few other candidates, and we all took a number assessment together. Then one by one, they called us back. The questions asked were basically about experience listed on my resume, and then they showed me the warehouse and told me about the different positions there.

Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.

Got my first phone interview. It was pretty easy and chill. They just want to know a little about you and why you're interested in the position. Probabaly asked me like 4-5 questions.

Rejection mail after 1 week and no interview feedback provided even after sending follow up email. But they encouraged to apply for future vacancies
