A simple IQ and Development test was sent. HR interview first, and then Engagement leader in the area. one hour tops. both interviews were over zoom. Appointments are very flexible.
It was mostly about business questions and since in Tokyo its more of a go-to-market team. They emphasises on testing on my experience on client-facing and dealing with customer scenarios. It was generally good experience.

L'entretient technique était constitué de petites questions tech et d'un exercice plus costaud.
