After a successful call with the hunter. They told me about a technical test. The hunter told me it's a hard coding test and i was amazed to have that kind of test for a presales role. So i did it ... but after starting this test 1 hour of pure coding) ... i gave up. Not because i was not able to do it, but i thought if they ask that level of coding that's because the job needs that ! and that's not what i'm interrested about ... so i said good bye uipath and i join a company which does not need a developper as a presales.
Friendly and highly professional Innovative company with good introduction Includes logical tests pretty easy Have seen differents personas to understand way of collaboration Great team spirit All process was pretty smooth and was happy to join the company after proposal

Call with Senior engineer which went really well.
Then a skills test that was absolutely irrelevant to the role, testing your memory for physics and calculus equations rather than actual IQ or problem solving skills. Although i passed this stage i was really horrified at this useless assesment which probably eliminates really good candidates.
Then the HR interview seemed really unprepared and unprofessional, felt like they were still learning how to conduct one.

A little strange. Asked entirely cognitive ability and coding questions rather than more specific to role. Coding questions were around arrays and the best way to progress through them.
