I submitted my resume and cover letter before Thanksgiving and finally got contacted for an initial interview 2 months later! Clearly, the hiring manager was in no hurry to fill the position. Regardless, I reached out to set up a time to meet with the talent acquisition officer for a first interview via a calendar link. I got the link and confirmation for the interview. I showed up a few minutes before the interview and waiting for the interviewer. I waited and waited until the allotted interview time was over. No one showed up! I immediately contacted the interviewer, and in a professional manner, I explained what happened and offered another time to meet. I never heard back from this person. Strike three. I found this whole experience to be unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Job seekers beware, don’t bother applying for a position with the psychometrics team. They’ll just waste your time.

After few weeks of application, HR sent me an email with a online technical challenge link. Challenge includes academic and coding questions related to data science and it was a little bit difficult.
