I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then a longer phone call with the head of the head of the team. They flew me out to San Francisco for an onsite interview that lasted about 4-5 hours. I returned home, completed a writing test, and then got an offer. The entire process took a few weeks. Everyone was very nice and seemed well-organized. The only negative part of my experience was that it was very hard to understand one of the interviewer's accents.
