Two weeks later I received an email from Uber in order to set up a Skype interview 3. 30 minutes Skype Call with Uber Recruiter. Energetic recruiter, he asked what do I know about Uber, Why I would like to work for Uber, What I understood from the job description, then he would clarify the job descp. 4. Same day as the Skype call, the recruiter sends you a link for a 2 hour and 20 question test (70% to pass) that can be completed at home at the time of your preference. Mainly excel (sorting, pivot tables, weighted average) and a couple of open questions on how would you address an unsatisfied customer and how would you engage riders doubts and in an open topic, all of this assuming you work for Uber. They also encourage you to spread the Uber love through your answers. 5. Two days later, received an email from Uber telling me they couldn't move forward with my application.

The process was smooth and professional overall. First spoke with a recruiter, followed by a video interview focused on operations, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly. The process moved fairly quickly.
