I applied on Uber website but didn't heard from them. As I had a good relation with our local Uber City Manager so he helped me getting started with the interview. I received a online analytic test which requires to score 70% to get through the test. I scored 69.3% in the test but my open end questions (essay type) went very well. So after a week I heard from the HR Coordinator that I'll be facing a telephonic round shortly. The first telephonic round went really well as the recruiter was a great guy and helpful. After 4 days heard back from the HR that I moved to the second round and that also went well. I cleared this round and final round was also telephonic which also went well with a positive response from the HR. After everything over, now things got a little bit problematic. I didn't hear back from the HR and called several times. Anyhow I was told that I was selected and will receive an offer soon. And one fine day I received a mail saying my candidature is on hold i,e I'm denied because I didn't posses certain skills. I followed up the HR asking what skill I lack of but no answers yet, though I can't blame them for this as they have to do lots of work. But expected a reply as it should have helped me to strengthen my skill. Overall the experience was very good. The recruiters, HR were really helpful. I'm polishing my skills and reapply in near future.
