Entrevista
It took a very long time to set up the one interview (around 3 months). Moreover, during the first interview the interviewer mentioned that the second interview will be set up within the next couple of days. However, I received the silence treatment for two weeks and eventually I sent a follow up email asking about the date and time. After a couple of days I finally got an answer.
I was also informed that there are 4 stages of the interview. The first is skype call (general questions with the HR); second is with the head of HR and another paralegal, third is with around 8 people form the company and the last one is an assessment test.

It was fast and straight forward. Hiring process took a month. Met with the hiring manager and the other members of the team. I heard back about a week after the interviews.

Entrevista
30min information interview with the recruiter followed by a 30min interview with a team leader. Majority of the questions were about why I wanted to work for Uber and why I wanted to work for the specific team I was applying with.

Writing assignment followed by many rounds of interviews. One interviewer was virtual. Asked standard interview questions but was more interested in how being a new parent would impact the work.
