I applied online and within a week the senior recruiter reached out to me via email to set up a phone call. The phone call was about 15 minutes and the senior recruiter explained the job & asked me if I was alright with everything that would be asked from me as an employee. Within 2 days from the time I did the phone call with the senior recruiter, I was invited to have a Zoom interview with one of the Sales Managers. This was a 30 minute interview where the Sales Manager asked questions in regards to my experience, why I was interested in the job, and also gave me some real life scenarios about what could happen at the job. I guess this was to see my way of thinking and what not. Within 2 hours of this Zoom interview, I was invited to the final round interview where I was given a case study and asked to come up with a slide show presentation, sales pitch, an email draft to present to 2 sales managers (one of them being from the Zoom interviews), all in relation to the case study. That final round interview ended up being 1 hour long & throughout the interview the sales managers will ask you a ton of questions and at the end will make you do a mock call as well simulating what is spoken about in the case study. Overall, if do not have any related experience doing anything related to what this job entials in its description, this interview will be very challenging at times. Also the total amount of time from the first interview to the final interview was exactly 4 weeks.
