I applied online and was contacted by email to complete a 2 hour exam. After I passed that a recruiter called and we had an hour chat and then an in person interview was set up. I met with the local GM and another employee where we had an hour interview. I left that interview feeling very good and wanting the job. After that I joined the team at an Onboarding where I was thrown right into the process and had to show my skills. I was offered the job a week later. It was a great experience, very professional and fun. They sealed the job offer with a team get together so I could meet everyone before my first day.
