It was a typical tech defined, multi-step interview process. You start with a recruiter that works in your focused area (about 20–30 minutes). You then move on to the hiring manager for your position (30+ minutes). If that goes well and this is a design position, you will likely receive an assignment to do and present.

They were the same standard interview questions you will get from any other tech or startup.
It was an extensive interview process through months. Different rounds with different teams so there was possibility to get a sense of the day to day in the company. Expectations were clear for every round of the interview process with constant communication with recruiter.

The interview was nice. The people were pleasant. I talked to who would be my boss and one other team colleague. They seemed interested in seeing only and exactly what was described in the job role, which was specifically about motion and systems. Transferable skills or degrees didn't seem to matter much. The role also mentioned branding, graphic design, and illustration as "needed/ really nice to have". I focused on the last three - which seemed to not be enough to get me forward.

The interview process was thorough, organized, and typical multi-stage process for large company. It starts with a recruiter, then you move into the hiring manager, then a technical test, etc.
