Applied online and heard back within 3 weeks. A phone interview was set up which lasted 20-30 minutes. Following the phone interview a take home assignment was given which was to be completed over a weekend.

Initial screening: A phone interview with the company’s hiring manager or recruiter.
Technical interview: Another phointerview or online test that assesses your skills and knowledge in data analytics, statistics, SQL learning, etc.
Managerial round: A case study or project discussion with the potential manager or senior team member.
HR round: A final interview with the HR team that covers behavioral questions, company culture, and compensation.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
