Guesstimate . First round was shortlist on the basis of cv. Then we had discussion based on cv and then technical round having guesstimate. Overall it was a difficult process.
The process involved multiple rounds, spanning system design, data structures and algorithms, and behavioral questions. They expect thorough knowledge and solution and answer. Asked relating to resume to explain some projects also.
