I just wanted to share one experience with you. I have never thought that such big organization also not share Proper Feedback with the Candidate. I accept I may not be eligible, however, without feedback how one can improve his/her weaken areas? Your feedback always help to candidates. If you can't share proper feedback, it also means you don't have valid points to reject any candidate.
HR person said we don't use this practice. This is also questionable. If a small company is following this practice, then a MNC like Uber is not following is a big concern. It should be known to everyone.
