The recruitment process was fast and responsive, the interviewer will ask you questions while typing down the answer. Questions were mostly fit/behavioral interview, less on technical aspect. The interview was conducted in English and very conversational. However I did not get an offer nor rejection confirmation.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a simple HR screening, mostly focused on validating English proficiency and general profile fit. If successful, the next round is with managers from different teams, where they ask about your projects, knowledge of Uber, and role-related scenarios. In my case, the focus was on how data can be used to support strategic decisions. Overall, it was a structured and clear process.

HR screening which is easy, Technical interview, depending on the role you will get different questions, Then interview with hiring manager with scenario questions and behavioral questions. I found the whole process to be relatively easy and was completed within 2 weeks

SQL questions and having to find mistakes in queries
it was really tough for any fresher to answer such hard problems. it should be logic based instead of writing code in limited time. interview pattern need to be changed.
