They are obsessed with automotive knowledge. I think a mechanic with some programming skills would be more likely to get a position here.
The interview process mirrors other FAANG companies: initially a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a loop of interviews, and then concluding with the bar raiser round.
