They use a temp agency to first screen the applicants. Stopped by the temp agency mini 20 minute screening. A week later I'm in their downtown office. That interview was about 4 small interviews back to back with different people in their downtown office. Each were about 15/20 minutes. Basic questions about technology and Uber, I'd be surprised if anyone got declined from the position based off skill. Just read a few articles about Uber and you'll be set. The whole thing took about an hour and a half from when I left my car to when I got back in my car.

The interview process was somewhat difficult. This role is a temp to perm contract so Uber outsources another company to do the first two interviews: one on the phone and the other over video interview. The third interview was in the office and took about an hour.
