It was a process that took several weeks, with different types of interviews to determine the personality and capacidades of each candidate.
The written test was the most difficult since it did not have the concept of the company in customer service and as far as it could be reached,
Entretien en 3 étapes (rh, manager et case). Process assez classique et case basé sur le job d’account manager avec de la data à traiter. Intéressant à réaliser et roleplay réaliste challengeant mais plaisant à faire.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.
