Entrevista
First (day 1) was a 30 minute HR interview, pretty standard screening.
Second (day 4) was a 2 hour analytics test. Mix of using data to answer multiple choice questions and free-form answers. There are online courses that help with this which are pretty accurate. Microsoft also has an online Pivot Table/ Data Analysis class using Excel which is also helpful.
Next was an interview with the hiring manager (day 9). I did not get past this step, mainly because I did not have a good answer for the data question.
If I had passed, I would have moved on to the panel interview.

Standard process. Very quick. Applied through Linkedin. Called for an interview and it was relaxed but somehow disturbing. Felt the management were not interested in finding out about my personality as well as my work experience.
