Horrible- utterly horrible. Worst interview experience of my life. Interviewers were actively hostile and to be frank, not people I would want to work with. Disorganized recruiter- disorganized process. They had probably 10 people waiting around to interview. Uber did not allow me to email interviewers to thank them- talk about your ivory tower. UBER uses interviewing to gain competitive intelligence rather than pay for market research. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UBER. Super glad I took time out of my life to create these people a presentation that Im sure they will repurpose for their business needs.

Entrevista
The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager was distracted and wasn't listening to me. I felt like he already had a candidate in mind for the role. He asked me to sell him the product and services. The job applied for was not a sale role. Also, I was told that I wasn't being moved along in the process because I didn't have experience in the financial industry. 1. the recruiter knew that 2. not listed on the posting and 3. hiring manager never asked an industry specific question

Entrevista
Interview process was easy. A phone interview followed by a Teams call. The recruitment agent I worked with was pleasant and explained the details of the process. Overall a good experience.
