During the process I was interviewed by 8 people. I was recruited by the HR team through Linkedin and most of my interviews were via Zoom. The interviews were focused on my skills on managing different negotiations in LATAM and most of the questions were complicated but smart. The process was pretty fast, as it lasted 1 month.
