      Entrevista

      The interview was casual and relaxed. The hiring manager was nice guy who was very relatable. The want to know if you are capable of working in a team atmosphere and are good at handling uncomfortable situations. Asks for examples of past work experience where you made use of your skills. The hiring manager gives you time to ask questions of your own, which should be thoughtful and insightful. The interview lasts roughly 30 minutes.

      I had a screening interview with a recruiter and another interview with the team leaders. I don't recall if I also took a test. During the interview with the team leaders, even though I answered their questions confidently, I sensed they wouldn’t hire me. During the screening interview, I mentioned that I have a child, and the recruiter asked who would take care of my child while I work. For an American tech company in the sharing economy business, I found this question extremely outrageous and misogynistic. They said I would receive the results within a week, but after a week had passed, I had to reach out to the recruiters myself to get an answer. In the end, I felt relieved that they didn’t offer me the job.

      Very quick process, takes too long to let someone know if they’ll be hired or not. Also they had some technical difficulties while having my interviews, both the recruiter and the TLs/Managers. They connected late compared to the actual schedule.

      About half an hour of discussion and questions, friendly and warm attitude, they answered all my questions as well and were very open and eager. Overall positive and pleasant experience.
