My recruitment process with Uber was fast. I started with a skills test that included psychological and some mathematical components. Afterwards, I had a 30 minute phone screening with someone from HR, and finally a 30-minute interview with two Team Managers from the organization. The interview focused on technical skills, experience, and hypothetical scenarios.

Written test followed by HR round and operations round. The whole process was quick paced and response rate was high. Proper feedback would have made the whole experience better and constructive.
