A predefined topic based presentation followed by q&a with panel members. There were there senior academic members in the academic recruiting panel. Each member have asked couple of questions based on the presentation. Then more specific questions regarding pedagogic approaches were asked. Finally, they gave me the floor to ask my questions regarding the post to the panel .
