Remote Interview using Microsoft Teams. First I needed to apply online then shortlisted. After that, the interview was carried out using online software. There were 3 people asking questions from the presentation as well as personal experience.

Tell us about yourself and then start your presentation
The interview consisted of a panel with four members, each of whom posed two questions to the candidate. The format allowed for a comprehensive assessment, as each panelist could focus on different aspects of the applicant's qualifications and experience. This collaborative approach aimed to provide a well-rounded evaluation of the candidate.
It was straightforward. The panel was polite except for one person. The questions were about teaching techniques and engagement in the classroom. And team related questions. The panel member that asked the question about what will I brinv to the team was rude, especially when I asked to clarify if he meant in regards to research or teaching or something else.
