Pretty standard interview with previous teaching experience in relevant subject areas and/or relevant PhD favoured. From application to interview was fast for me but was a lengthy process for others. Similarly for time between interview and offer. Familiarity with online learning systems (such as BlackBoard) and the tertiary education sector is highly desirable.
