Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences that I've had with a company. It took reaching out to the recruiter MULTIPLE times for them to even update me on my status after my phone interview. After FOUR months and multiple inquiries into my status, I didn't get the job. However, I didn't get an automated rejection email. No, why would I? I checked my status on my job profile and it said "No Longer Under Consideration". You couldn't even give me a canned email response notifying me? I get that the non-clinical professional jobs are not the top of priority, but where is the integrity of this organization to even just FOLLOW UP?
