They rushed me through three interview stages because I had other opportunities in progress, and they told the external recruiter representing me that they wanted to make the first move. However, after the final interview, they provided no feedback at all and gave the recruiter nothing to work with. I then sent a follow-up email to give them a chance to respond. A month later, they finally came back to say they were still finishing other interview processes and asked me to wait for an official decision. By that point, I had already secured another job. The whole experience showed how poor and unprofessional their communication and hiring process was, as well as how they run the company overall — very cowboy-like.
