Initial round was a basic telephonic round by HR Executive, second round was 1:1 with the functional head where they completely identify the dkill set of a person. Third round was with HR Manager to understand the policies of the organization & KRA of the employee.

Placement Manager conducted the F2F round of Interview to understand the Technical skills and the Corporate Relationship exposure I had. He also tried to understand how do we manage the challenges that arise while Placing the candidates.
