UTAS Interviews are a cluster&ck. Expect 2.5 hours with 5 different personnel in their office with the final being HR. During my 2 interviews with UTAS, none of the interviewing personnel were prepared with any specific questions related to the job (should have been a red flag). They seemed to have a general lack of understanding of what Programs/Projects are, and how to properly staff and manage them.

I was interviewed on site by a large collection of people from both program and functional organizations, including directors and the VP of engineering. I was asked to make a presentation to a group, as well as individual interviews. A drug test was mandatory.

Telephonic and Face to face interview,Technical discussion HR interview, and form flillng and sign off. Some time they screen several rounds. Interview Process is easy and can complete faster than any other company
