Easy, department knew what they were looking for. Only had to do a single interview and was offered the job. Didn't have to do much more besides write thirty words minimum on this post.

I came in for an in-person behavioral interview, which was conducted by the head of operations of the department I would be joining. My would-be manager also sat in for the interview, but the head of operations was the one asking questions.
